Moody's Analytics is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive firm-wide insights across commercial, financial, product, and market domains. You will develop dashboards, define metrics, and deliver actionable outcomes through advanced analytics and data modeling.

You will collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives with priorities and reporting needs, while advancing AI-powered workflows responsibly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, BI, or commercial strategy roles.
• Proven ability to enable strategic decisions via data insights.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to craft structured analyses for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Capable of working independently or in small teams under deadlines.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience to streamline workflows and assess AI risks.

Responsabilités

• Drive firm-wide analytics by delivering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making across commercial, financial, product, and market domains.
• Develop analytics capabilities across multiple domains including bookings, product, portfolio, and market.
• Define metrics, ensure implementation, and deliver actionable insights through modeling and visualization.
• Champion innovative concepts to help stakeholders identify strengths and weaknesses and take timely actions.
• Build and maintain dashboards to support planning, performance tracking, and reviews.
• Create scalable processes so teams run analyses while enabling ad hoc support.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align analytics with priorities and reporting needs.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
• Advise on data-driven strategy and performance optimization.
