Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Director of Commercial Analytics & Enablement to own analytics strategy, roadmaps, and field governance for a high-performing commercial organization in Washington state.

Responsibilities include designing field force inputs, targeting, segmentation, incentive compensation framework, and governance across Commercial enabling data-driven decisions and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (Business, Analytics, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related).
• 10+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, analytics, field operations, incentive compensation, and/or enablement.
• Demonstrated experience leading targeting, segmentation, and call planning processes with governance.
• Proven ability to define incentive compensation philosophy/strategy and lead end-to-end plan design and administration.
• Strong technical fluency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL and CRM environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial analytics, reporting, and enablement strategy with a multi‑quarter roadmap and operating model.
• Lead field force design inputs, territory alignments, and rollout/change-management plans.
• Define and enforce business rules for targeting, call planning, and governance with documentation.
• Partner to translate field execution expectations into coaching routines and performance management.
• Oversee IC philosophy, plan design, payout governance, and analytics for field roles.
