Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Director of US Business Analytics to partner with the US Marketing Leadership Team. You will influence portfolio decisions, define analytics priorities, and develop innovative tools to support the HAE and Immunoglobulin portfolios, contributing to substantial annual revenue.

You will lead a cross-functional analytics team, translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive data-driven brand strategies while aligning with regulatory and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Healthcare or Pharma analytics/consulting with stakeholder influence.
• Experience building data-driven brand strategies and tactical execution plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills with CSL leaders across commercial and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of US regulatory requirements related to pharma/commercial activities.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; global exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of US plasma ecosystem and multi-product portfolio management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend analytics strategies, operating plans, and performance frameworks impacting commercially.
• Lead team to develop and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement across analytics approaches, data identification, and capability development.
• Provide decision support via quantitative market analysis to senior leadership.
• Direct work through resources and offshore centers to deliver large cross-functional initiatives.
