Job summary

Immunome, Inc. seeks a Director of Commercial Strategy to drive international commercialization for varegacestat and expand the global commercial organization. This role leads strategy, partner management, and market-entry planning.

You will partner with Brand, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, and Supply Chain to translate partnerships into actionable plans, oversee budgets, and prepare leadership-ready recommendations. This role also supports investor communications and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech or equivalent.
• Oncology experience required.
• Launch experience desirable; Global experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20%+ (including weekends).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international commercialization roadmap and market-entry options.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence with BD, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Lead executive reporting and investor communications for commercial strategy.
• Oversee annual Commercial operating plan, budgets, and resource allocation.
