Job summary

SK Life Science Inc is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Commercial Production Management Strategy & Supplier Relationship Management to define and govern the external CMO strategy for clinical and commercial supply, driving governance, performance reviews, and integrated reporting.

The role leads a team, guides technology transfer to CMOs, and collaborates with Global SCM, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure quality, continuity, and cost objectives across US and international

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
• Experience across drug substance/API and drug product manufacturing.
• Experience in technology transfer to CMOs for drug product manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, pharmaceutical quality systems, supply planning, CMO operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise CMO operating strategy for clinical and commercial supply.
• Establish governance framework for CMOs with clear decision rights and review cadence.
• Lead periodic CMO business reviews and executive governance forums; ensure decisions and actions are tracked.
• Translate portfolio performance and risk trends into strategic initiatives and resource recommendations.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of CMO contracts and escalation processes to ensure accountability.
