Job summary

Qualifications

BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Biotechnology or related field.
Minimum of 10 years in Pharmaceutical Industry with strong GMP background.
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading direct or matrix teams.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with CMOs on supplier performance and relationship management across complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of CMO performance metrics (OTIF, NPI delivery, quality).
Establish strategic goals for CMOs and PQTS teams aligned with commercial/manufacturing strategies.
Manage day-to-day relationships between GSK and CMOs; ensure governance and budget adherence.
Lead and coach direct reports to achieve EM business, operational and quality objectives.
Drive continuous improvement within PQTS to achieve operational excellence and supply integrity.
