• Experience launching new products or changing supply sources.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership of CMO performance metrics and OTIF delivery.
• Set strategic goals for CMOs and PQTS alignment with strategies.
• Manage day-to-day relationships between GSK and CMOs.
• Coach direct reports to achieve business, operational, and quality goals.
• Deliver supply within P&L and manage operating budget.
