Job summary

SK Life Science, Inc. is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Commercial Production Management (CPM) Strategy & SRM to define and govern the strategy for external CMOs supporting Clinical and Commercial supply.

You will oversee governance, performance reviews, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring reliable supply, quality, and cost across the portfolio. The role includes MSAT activities for drug products to CMOs, leading technology transfer to CMO sites for NDA submission support and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
Lean/Six Sigma, project management, or quality/risk certs highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern the enterprise CMO operating strategy for clinical and commercial supply, aligned with GSM, product, quality, and business priorities.
Establish a consistent governance framework for CMOs, including decision rights, escalation pathways, review cadence, performance standards, and accountability for follow-through.
Lead CMO business reviews and executive governance forums; ensure decisions, commitments, risks, and corrective actions are documented and closed on schedule.
Provide portfolio-level oversight of deviations, complaints, CAPAs, change controls, quality agreements, lead-time performance, and recurring operational issues.
Lead or sponsor cross-functional root-cause analysis for systemic issues and translate preventive actions into sustainable improvements.
