Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of CMO performance metrics (OTIF, NPI delivery, quality).
• Establish strategic goals for CMOs and ensure alignment with manufacturing strategies.
• Manage day-to-day business, operations, quality relationships between GSK and CMOs.
• Guide direct reports toward achieving EM business, operations and quality objectives.
• Deliver supply within P&L and manage the budgeting process.
