WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead a team shaping next‑generation document authoring and analytics for sponsors, CROs, and sites, blending science, technology, and strategy.

In this remote US role, you’ll drive domain strategy, partner with Product Management and Engineering, and deliver measurable value through prototypes, pilots, and client engagements while guiding a high‑performing team across projects and standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry.
• Leadership experience in product/engagement roles is required.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study docs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain and analytical teams to define and deliver trial document solutions.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering through full development lifecycle.
• Define quality standards and measurement criteria for new capabilities.
• Design pilots and prototypes to demonstrate value and inform iteration.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to translate needs into roadmaps.
