Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights team, shaping the next generation of trial documents and analytics capabilities for sponsors, CROs, and sites.

You’ll translate deep protocol knowledge into product requirements and prototypes, drive cross‑functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams, and mentor a team of experts to deliver client-ready solutions that improve regulatory review and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a regulated industry.
Leadership experience in product or engagement-led roles is required.
Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive-quality deliverables.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Define domain leadership and solution definition for trial documents and related outputs.
Lead cross-functional teams across PM, Engineering, and Commercial to deliver on the roadmap.
Develop prototypes and pilots to test feasibility and demonstrate value quickly.
Engage with clients and internal SMEs; translate insights into roadmap prioritization.
Represent the company at industry events and in client discussions as the domain voice.
