WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead the next generation of document authoring and analytics capabilities.

You will bridge clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy, translating protocols into product requirements, working prototypes, and differentiated solutions. You will shape the roadmap, lead experts, and partner with product management, engineering, and business development to achieve measurable impact in sponsor,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Current PMP, CSPO, ACRP/SOCRA, or RAC certification(s) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a similarly complex, regulated industry; at least 3 years in leadership.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across subject matter experts, product management, commercial, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define problem spaces and map current‑state authoring workflows across sponsors, CROs, and sites.
• Establish quality standards, evaluation criteria, and benchmarks for new capabilities.
• Develop frameworks, taxonomies, and reusable content assets to differentiate the offering.
• Translate client needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead teams to execute document authoring and protocol optimization outputs.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering across the development lifecycle.
• Design and execute pilots with clients and measure outcomes for rapid iteration.
• Represent the domain in industry conferences and client discussions.
