Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead the next generation of authoring and analytics capabilities.

You will align clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy to translate study documentation into product requirements and actionable deliverables. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, partner with Product Management and Engineering, and drive strategic roadmaps while delivering high-quality outputs for sponsors,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry with leadership exposure.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering through the full development lifecycle.
• Build prototypes, models, and proof-of-concept deliverables to demonstrate value quickly.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute on complex engagements with clients.
