WCG is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead a team advancing our next-generation trial document tools and analytics. The role blends clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy, translating protocol knowledge into product requirements and tangible deliverables, with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare or life sciences with 3+ years in leadership.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across subject matter experts, product management, commercial and engineering.
• Hands-on orientation; ready to build first version personally.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain and analytical professionals to deliver on clinical trial document authoring.
• Translate client needs into actionable product roadmap and requirements.
• Define quality standards and benchmarks for new capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering through the full development lifecycle.
• Represent WCG at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
• Manage team performance and annual objectives.
• Travel 5-10%.
