Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead a pioneering team shaping the next generation of clinical trial documents and analytics. You will translate complex protocol knowledge into tangible product requirements and client-ready output, while guiding strategy and execution across PM, Engineering, and client teams.

You will operate independently in a fast-moving environment, balancing advisory judgment with hands-on delivery, and you will drive

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation, including protocol authoring, amendment, review, or regulatory submission workflows, is strongly preferred.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-quality deliverables and present credibly to senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of domain and analytical professionals with clear objectives and ownership.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle; define requirements and drive the roadmap.
Represent WCG at conferences and client engagements; shape positioning and proof points; support pricing and delivery models.
