Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director for CT Document Authoring & Insights to lead the development of next‑gen trial documentation capabilities.

You will translate protocols into product requirements, work prototypes, and client-ready outputs, collaborating with PM, Eng, BD, and analytics teams. You will drive a fast‑moving, autonomous program, balancing scientific rigor with commercial focus, and leading a team of experts to deliver measurable improvements in document authoring and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, MPH, or MBA) preferred
• 8+ years in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research with leadership experience
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive-quality deliverables

Responsibilities

• Defines the problem set: maps workflows and prioritizes opportunities with client impact
• Leads teams of subject matter experts in clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization
• Partners with Product Management and Engineering through the development lifecycle
• Builds prototypes, models, and proof-of-concept deliverables
• Gathers client feedback into prioritized roadmap and investment discussions
• Leads and develops a team with clear objectives and accountability
