WCG seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead a team shaping next‑gen document authoring and analytics capabilities. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a similarly regulated industry, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build new offerings in ambiguous environments
• Experience working in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
• Hands-on approach to develop first versions and prototypes
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH‑GCP, and industry data standards

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of domain and analytical professionals with clear objectives.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout the lifecycle.
• Structure workstreams, set plans, and resolve obstacles independently.
• Build prototypes and proof‑of‑concept deliverables to test feasibility.
• Pilot new capabilities with internal and external clients and translate findings.
• Represent WCG at industry forums as a domain expert
