WCG seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead the next generation of document authoring and analytics capabilities. You will translate protocol knowledge into product requirements, working prototypes, and differentiated solutions for sponsors, CROs, and sites.

This role blends clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy, demanding autonomous leadership, client-focused problem solving, and strong collaboration with Product Management, Business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
• At least 3 years in leadership or engagement‑leadership capacity.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build new product or service offerings in uncertain environments
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration across subject matter experts, product management, commercial, and engineering
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of executive‑quality deliverables

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of domain and analytical professionals with clear objectives and accountability.
• Partners with Product Management and Engineering through the full development lifecycle.
• Defines problems, maps workflows, and prioritizes opportunities with client and commercial impact.
• Builds prototypes, models, and pilots to test feasibility and value quickly.
• Represents WCG at conferences and in thought leadership activities.
• Ensures quality standards, regulatory defensibility, and continuous improvement.
