WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead and shape next-gen trial documentation offerings.

You will work across clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy to capture domain knowledge into product requirements and client-ready outputs. The role demands senior advisory judgment and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment, partnering with Product Management, Business Development, and Engineering to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a similarly complex, regulated industry
• Leadership experience in product or engagement-led roles
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Hands-on orientation with willingness to build first version personally

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of domain and analytical professionals
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering across the development lifecycle
• Define problem sets and prioritize opportunities with commercial impact
• Develop intelligent frameworks and reusable content assets for the offering
• Translate client needs into actionable roadmaps and pilots
• Represent WCG at industry conferences and client engagements
