Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries with at least 3 years in leadership, product, or engagement leadership.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of domain and analytical professionals, setting objectives and ownership culture.
• Partners with Product Management and Engineering to define the roadmap and lifecycle from concept to release.
• Translates client needs into actionable recommendations that inform strategy and investments.
• Represents WCG at industry events and with clients to gather feedback and communicate value.
