Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead a team at the forefront of defining and delivering next‑gen trial document authoring and analytics capabilities. You will translate deep protocol knowledge into product requirements, working prototypes, and differentiated solutions for sponsors, CROs, and sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or similar regulated industry.
• Leadership experience in managing teams or engagement-led initiatives.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of domain and analytical professionals to deliver clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization outputs.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define opportunities, set roadmaps, and translate client insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop prototypes and pilots to test feasibility and value rapidly.
• Represent the domain voice in client discussions and pursuit work.
