Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights to lead a high-impact team at the intersection of clinical science, technology, and strategy.

You will translate deep domain knowledge into actionable product requirements, working prototypes, and differentiated solutions that improve how sponsors, CROs, and sites design and review trial documents. This role requires autonomous leadership in a fast-moving environment, forming hypotheses, validating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or similar regulated industry, with 3+ years in leadership capacity
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation preferred
• Demonstrated track record building new offerings in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across SMEs, product, commercial, and engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level deliverables
• Hands-on orientation with ability to develop first versions personally
• Familiarity with AI in regulated contexts is a plus
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH‑GCP, and industry data standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Define protocols and translate domain knowledge into product requirements
• Lead domain experts to produce clinical trial document authoring outputs
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle
• Structure workstreams, set workplans, and resolve obstacles
• Develop prototypes, models, and pilots to demonstrate value
• Engage clients and internal experts to refine the offering
