Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive the definition, development, and market introduction of next‑gen clinical trial document authoring and analytics capabilities.

You will translate protocols and study documents into product requirements, working prototypes, and differentiated solutions for sponsors, CROs, and sites. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries with leadership exposure.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build new offerings and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive-level deliverables, and stakeholder influence.
• Hands-on orientation with the readiness to develop first versions personally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization outputs.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and evaluation criteria in collaboration with PM and Eng.
• Design pilots, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate value quickly.
• Partner with Business Development to shape positioning and client demonstrations; support pricing discussions.
• Represent WCG in industry events and contribute to thought leadership and IP development.
