Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights team, shaping next‑gen capabilities at the intersection of science, tech, and strategy. You’ll translate protocols into product requirements, manage client interactions, and drive a fast‑moving, high‑autonomy program.

You will oversee a team of experts, partner with Product Management and Engineering, and shape the roadmap, standards, and IP for scalable, compliant document solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry.
• Leadership experience in product or engagement-led roles.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation preferred.
• Ability to build new offerings in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain and analytical teams to deliver clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering through the full development lifecycle.
• Design pilots, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to test value quickly.
• Gather client feedback and translate into roadmap priorities and investment decisions.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives across SME, product, finance, and operations.
