Qualifications

• 10+ years in client success, account management, or strategic consulting in healthcare
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers or multi-level teams
• Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes; HIPAA knowledge
• Proven track record managing executive-level relationships with large enterprise accounts
• Experience owning revenue, retention, and growth targets for multi-million-dollar portfolios
• Ability to translate data and market insight into strategy and investments

Responsabilités

• Own executive relationships up to the C-suite across the account portfolio
• Oversee delivery strategy across implementations, renewals, growth, and escalations
• Coach leaders to deliver executive-ready presentations and drive alignment
• Lead talent strategies, onboarding, retention, and performance standards across teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Technology to influence roadmaps
• Establish governance models and scalable frameworks for the Business Unit
