Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client partner and internal business lead across Market Access accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across Market Access, marketing, reimbursement, and HEOR.
• Translate client input into actionable direction for internal teams with clear priorities and timelines.
• Lead senior client meetings, workshops, annual planning, and executive presentations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and strengthen relationships to protect the business.
