Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Partner Assistance Manager (Trade Sales) in Fort Lauderdale to lead the trade reservations team and ensure exceptional booking and service quality for travel professionals worldwide.

You will supervise the reservation flow, monitor revenue and KPIs, coach staff, and promote the RCYC brand through high-level guest experiences and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Sales experience.
• Experience in luxury cruise or high-end hospitality preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trade reservations team to achieve trade sales goals.
• Manage travel agency reservation process, inquiries, changes and cancellations.
• Monitor revenue, bookings, and KPIs; coach staff to meet standards.
• Communicate product details and policies to travel professionals globally.
