The successful candidate will have 15+ years of leadership in education or nonprofits, strong fundraising acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in education, nonprofit, public sector, or related field.
• Proven fundraising experience across foundations, corporations, government, and major donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connecticut growth by expanding partnerships and securing revenue to serve more students.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, school districts, and education partners.
• Oversee regional team performance, partner success, and program quality across Connecticut.
