This builder-seat role focuses on opening relationships quickly, negotiating terms, and ensuring partners actively attach, list, co-sell, and move employers through the sales motion.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in channel partnerships or related field.
• Experience with HCM/payroll platforms, PEOs, or benefits administration providers.
• Ability to land new partners and negotiate agreements.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prioritize and launch new channel partnerships.
• Run the full deal cycle from outreach to signature with legal collaboration.
• Develop channel enablement materials for partner-driven engagements.
• Maintain cadence calls, pipeline reviews, and handle escalations.
