Zusammenfassung

Shift4 is seeking a Director of Partner Recruiting to drive new business by prospecting and signing partners, and by devising strategies to meet sales targets and support growth. You will own the partner strategy and act as a subject matter expert on partnerships across the organization.

The role requires leadership in onboarding, training, and enabling partners, with close collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, product, and operations to ensure successful integrations and performance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of channel sales experience.
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and sign new partners to Shift4.
• Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners.
• Collaborate with API/Integrations to assist partners through integration and certification.
• Train partners on Shift4 products, services and sales processes.
• Maintain Salesforce records on partner base, integrations, and products.
• Lead onboarding and launch of new partners and merchants.
• Regularly meet with CSM on KPIs and provide feedback to teams.
