Crusoe is seeking a senior finance leader to own consolidated financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across energy, manufacturing, data centers, and cloud services. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, you will build the enterprise model, coordinate business-line inputs, and guide long-range planning with precision.

You’ll lead a small team of analysts, partner with Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations, and chair the monthly close-to-report cadence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate FP&A or central finance at a high-growth company
• Deep expertise in consolidation, long-range planning, and capital allocation
• Hands-on FP&A platforms setup and scaling (Anaplan/Adaptive) with advanced Excel
• Proven ability to prepare materials for CFOs, boards, and investors
• Strong cross-functional leadership to align multiple business lines

Responsabilités

• Own consolidated financial model across all business lines
• Lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning end-to-end
• Develop monthly/quarterly narrative for CFO and board
• Provide analytical backbone for capital allocation and scenario analysis
• Drive variance analysis and identify risks/opportunities
• Lead a small team of analysts/managers over time
