Crusoe Energy Systems seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Central Finance to build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. You will drive monthly forecasting, partner with business units, and deliver timely plans aligned with corporate targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in FP&A or related roles, with MBA or CFA designation preferred, and strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, treasury, or corporate finance.
• MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence leadership.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting by partnering with business unit finance teams.
• Create and support monthly executive reports and board materials with clear performance narratives.
• Own the company’s planning platform, ensure data integrity, and explore AI/automation to enhance forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting, and other teams to reflect latest inputs and meet standards.
