Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Central Finance to support corporate finance initiatives. You will build robust financial models for planning and cash flow forecasting, partner with multiple teams to gather inputs, and drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

This highly analytical, visible role interacts with executive management across Finance, Corporate Development, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Excellent skills in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Team player who can work well independently and with limited direction.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Detail-orientation with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain robust financial models for planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting; perform sensitivity, scenario, and variance analysis.
• Planning & Forecasting: Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with BU finance teams to gather inputs and deliver aligned plans.
• Performance Management Reporting: Create monthly exec team reports, board materials, and ad-hoc analyses with clear narratives.
• Systems & Data Management: Own the planning platform; ensure data integrity and explore AI/automation for forecasting and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting and other teams to align inputs and controls.
