Job summary

Nucleus RadioPharma is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to drive CDMO revenue by sourcing, advancing, and closing complex contracts with biotech sponsors. You will work with senior sponsor decision-makers and collaborate with VP Commercial Operations on deal strategy, pricing, and terms.

This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years of progressive business development or related experience, with a track record of sourcing and closing contracts in biopharma/biomanufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of priority BD opportunities from first contact to signed contract.
• Lead outreach to target sponsors and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM and provide real-time deal visibility.
• Negotiate contract terms within delegated authority.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs into proposals and RFP responses.
