Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections and/or invoice-to-cash operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity building a high-performing organization.
• Experience driving global transformation initiatives, including automation and process standardization.
• Experience with major ERP, billing, collections and reporting platforms; Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Experience in a publicly traded company with rigorous financial controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development to billing, AR, collections, and credit teams.
• Own billing policies, governance, and internal controls for global consistency.
• Develop disciplined collections strategy and enforce payment obligations.
• Establish KPIs and provide actionable receivables reporting and risk analysis.
