Aztec Shops, Ltd. seeks a Kitchen Manager to supervise lead cooks and kitchen staff, oversee daily food production, and cover duties in the Chef de Cuisine’s absence. You will manage orders, inventory, and training while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of managerial kitchen experience; culinary degree preferred. On-site role at San Diego campus.
