Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a Senior Director of CAHPS and HOS Strategy to translate enterprise CAHPS/HOS goals into actionable field initiatives and 5-Star performance. You will lead the Provider Playbook refresh, coordinate CMS domain interventions, and guide data-driven improvements with providers and internal partners.

You'll maintain a strong field presence, drive engagement with provider networks, and ensure compliance with CMS guidance while reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of CAHPS and HOS methodologies, CMS Star Ratings, and quality improvement frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in member experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Mathematical skills to perform basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Experience in healthcare quality, member experience, and provider performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate CAHPS/HOS strategies into operational roadmaps and owner ship of the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the Provider Playbook refresh and ensure CMS domain interventions are executed at clinics and groups.
• Analyze CAHPS and HOS data to identify trends and create action plans with leaders and providers.
• Maintain a 60%+ field presence for in-person provider performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Stars, Member Services, Network Management and Quality to improve touchpoints and outcomes.
• Ensure CMS guidance compliance and prepare leadership updates showing ROI on interventions.
