Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a Senior Director of CAHPS and HOS Strategy to translate enterprise CAHPS/HOS objectives into actionable field programs. You will manage performance initiatives, guide provider engagement playbooks, and oversee data cycles that drive 5-Star ratings across CMS domains.

You will supervise staff, partner with Stars, Member Services and Quality teams, maintain strong field presence, and report ROI-focused updates to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with CMS guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of CAHPS and HOS methodologies, CMS Star Ratings, and quality improvement frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in member experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise-wide CAHPS/HOS strategies into detailed operational roadmaps.
• Own the project lifecycle for all member experience initiatives to ensure 5-Star performance.
• Direct the annual refresh, maintenance and field implementation of the Provider Playbook.
• Maintain a consistent field presence to conduct in-person provider engagements and reviews.
