Job summary

Honest Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Patient Experience to lead CAHPS administration and analytics across CMS programs.

You will translate survey data into actionable insights for partners and patients, collaborating with Quality, Market Operations, Analytics, and patient-facing teams to ensure accurate reporting. The role emphasizes data-driven program management, operational excellence, and clear communication to influence CMS program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Admin, Public Health, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in patient experience, healthcare analytics, or survey administration.
• Experience with CAHPS, Medicare Advantage, or related value-based care programs.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner and SF for CAHPS administration across Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH/LEAD, MSSP, and other programs.
• Manage CAHPS and patient experience survey operations, including vendor coordination and timelines.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and executive reporting packages.
• Analyze CAHPS and patient feedback data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Own patient experience reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Translate survey findings into actionable recommendations and tools for improvement.
• Collaborate across the organization to monitor performance and measure outcomes.
• Communicate performance and insights to external partners and executive leadership.
• Occasional travel may be required.
