Job summary

Honest Health is hiring a Sr. Manager, Patient Experience to spearhead CAHPS administration and patient feedback analytics. You will translate data into actionable insights for CMS programs and partner success, collaborating with Quality, Analytics, and Market Operations teams.

You will lead reporting and program management, ensuring accurate metrics, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of performance results, while driving patient experience improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a healthcare/analytics-related field.
• 5+ years in patient experience, healthcare quality, analytics, survey administration, or performance improvement.
• Experience with CAHPS, Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH, MSSP, MIPS, or other value-based care programs.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with ability to create executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SM for CAHPS administration across applicable programs.
• Lead survey administration, measurement, and performance monitoring for partners.
• Manage CAHPS and patient experience survey operations, vendor coordination, and timelines.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Analyze CAHPS and feedback data to identify trends and insights.
• Own patient experience reporting and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and tools for improvement.
• Collaborate across the organization to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Communicate performance and insights to external partners and leadership.
