Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior Director to lead CAHPS and HOS strategy and execution across the field. You will translate enterprise CAHPS/HOS goals into actionable roadmaps, manage the Provider Playbook, and drive improvements in member experience with field-based interventions and data-driven insights.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare quality and CAHPS/HOS, strong leadership, and the ability to coach cross-functional teams while maintaining CMS compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare quality and member experience.
• Experience in health plans, provider organizations, or quality-focused settings.
• Proven track record of moving CAHPS/HOS metrics in Medicare Advantage.
• Hands-on experience in driving provider engagement with CAHPS/HOS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise CAHPS/HOS strategies into detailed operational roadmaps and owner for the project lifecycle.
• Direct the annual refresh, maintenance and field implementation of the Provider Playbook.
• Analyze CAHPS and HOS data to identify trends and develop action plans with leadership.
• Maintain 60%+ field presence for in-person provider performance reviews and KPIs.
• Leverage provider partnerships to drive member experience improvements.
• Implement and monitor provider incentive programs aligned with CAHPS/HOS outcomes.
• Collaborate with Stars, Member Services, Network Management and Quality teams.
• Serve as SME on CAHPS/HOS methodologies and CMS guidance; communicate ROI to leadership.
