Aufgaben

• Translate enterprise CAHPS/HOS strategies into detailed operational roadmaps and field initiatives.
• Oversee annual refresh and field implementation of the Provider Playbook and CMS Access to Care interventions.
• Analyze CAHPS and HOS data to identify trends and develop action plans with leaders and providers.
• Maintain a strong field presence (60%) to conduct in-person provider performance reviews and ensure KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with Stars, Member Services, and Quality to improve touchpoints and ROI on interventions.
• Lead provider incentive programs aligned with CAHPS/HOS results and CMS guidance.
• Prepare performance-focused updates for senior leadership and communicate data insights.
