Lead Product Strategy from long-term planning to operating plan across Walmart Marketplace.
Manage portfolio to provide in-year programmatic support for complex initiatives.
Strategic planning to articulate a multi-year product strategy achieving business and financial goals.
Partner with stakeholders to align strategy to their needs.
Support Product leaders to translate strategy into in-year plans and roadmaps.
Expertise in measuring product performance and user engagement using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Proficiency in design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Experience in creating product roadmaps, implementing Agile methodologies, and managing MVP creation and project execution.
Ability to develop business strategies, frame testable hypotheses, and execute "Go-to-Market" plans.
Skill in emotional intelligence, influencing techniques, and conveying information clearly to various stakeholders.
Knowledge of competitive technology landscapes, software quality assurance, and staying updated with emerging trends.
Understanding industry standards, automation techniques, and identifying innovation opportunities within the domain.
