Supplier Excellence is a data driven, results-oriented organization focused on supporting Merchandising, partnering with senior leaders, and the broader Walmart organization to develop strategies, ways of working and solutions that enable Walmart be the supplier’s favorite retailer. The Senior Director position will be responsible for suppliers’ communication, strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and events, which will require tight collaboration across numerous stakeholders including Walmart Connect, EBS, Data Ventures, Market Place, Finance and Supply Chain teams to drive one Walmart voice.
This Senior Director position will also be a people leader with direct reports dedicated to creating strategic clarity and engaging other team members, driving project management and execution of key initiatives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 7 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters, Masters: Computer Science, Masters: Supply Chain, Masters: Transportation.
