We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to head up our Seller Engagement and Sales Enablement team where you will create best-in-class seller experiences and deliver measurable business growth.

What you'll do...
  • Create Impactful Strategies: Craft an innovative, results-driven annual Product Marketing Plan that supports seller acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
  • Lead Seller Engagement: Design and execute seller engagement strategies that align with business goals, driving sales team and seller success across the board.
  • Revolutionize Onboarding: Create an engaging, efficient, and high-impact onboarding experience for both Strategic and SMB sellers, helping them hit the ground running and scale rapidly.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with senior leadership and key teams to identify and execute high-impact initiatives that expand the WFS platform and enhance service offerings.
  • Inspire & Lead Top Talent: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product marketing, onboarding, and sales enablement experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Set Bold Goals & Deliver Measurable Impact: Define ambitious KPIs, track performance, and leverage data to continuously optimize strategies and drive outstanding results.
  • Unite Teams for Seamless Execution: Forge strong relationships across Product, Analytics, Marketing, Business Development, and Legal, ensuring alignment and flawless execution across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 7 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters, Masters: Computer Science, Masters: Supply Chain, Masters: Transportation.
