Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record closing complex B2B deals with utilities or automotive energy players.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and structure multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own a prioritized portfolio of utility accounts and partner opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across utilities, automakers, EV charging, and energy tech.
• Negotiate agreements and translate signed deals into launches and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, policy, and operations.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and contribute to go-to-market planning.
