Mindgruve, a global digital agency, seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Content & Thought Leadership to lead the company's global content strategy and executive thought leadership initiatives. This role is not traditional content marketing; you will build executive programs for enterprise clients and leading agencies while shaping Mindgruve's market position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B content marketing, thought leadership, or executive communications.
• Experience in a leadership role at a top consulting firm or global technology company.
• Exceptional writing and editorial capabilities with an executive-level portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience producing sophisticated long-form content for enterprise audiences.
• Outstanding interviewing, storytelling, and synthesis skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise marketing, AI, analytics, commerce, and digital transformation.
• Experience supporting executive speaking engagements, analyst relations, and media opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Experience collaborating with designers, researchers, strategists, product leaders, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mindgruve's enterprise thought leadership strategy across AI, predictive marketing, media, commerce, and transformation.
• Serve as the primary editor for executive communications, industry positioning, and long-form thought leadership.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to craft points of view that differentiate Mindgruve.
• Produce executive-level content: white papers, research reports, POVs, eBooks, case studies, presentations, and sales materials.
• Interview executives, clients, and experts to develop original insights.
• Translate complex tech capabilities into compelling business narratives.
• Partner with Creative for premium visual storytelling and interactive content.
• Develop keynote and conference content, webinars, and media interview preparation.
• Own the editorial calendar across enterprise marketing initiatives.
