You will win and scale early-phase client programs—from cell-line development through pre-clinical manufacturing to Phase 2—driving strategic partnerships globally.

The role requires 12+ years in BD with 8+ years leading sales teams, strong negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, driving expansion.
• Develop territory expansion plans aligned with global objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date systems and provide insights and strategies to Executive Leadership.
• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies with key stakeholders and build strategic relationships.
• Attend conferences and tradeshows to build brand presence and pipeline.
• Negotiate and manage scope and contractual terms with clients.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance solutions.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial solutions teams to meet business needs.
• Work with sales, product, and marketing for cohesive strategy execution.
• Coordinate with demand planners to align pending customer needs.
