FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Head of Business Development for Commercial Process Development to own growth of early-phase client programs—from cell-line development through pre-clinical manufacturing to Phase 2—across a global CDMO network.

In this senior, high-visibility role you will craft market strategy, close high-impact deals, build partnerships, and align operations so programs start fast and finish strong.

• 8+ years of experience managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Fill and advance a high-quality pipeline of PD programs that convert to long‑term partnerships.
• Expand our market presence through disciplined territory planning, sharp messaging, and compelling conference presence.
• Negotiate and close complex, compliant agreements that align with site capacity and business goals—accelerating client timelines and FUJIFILM Biotechnologies growth.
• Own and manage a budget and present plans to Commercial Leadership.
• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies to pharmaceutical companies within designated regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, commercial solutions, operations, marketing, demand planning) to ensure deals deliver.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance future solutions.
