Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a senior BI/Analytics leader to drive enterprise data strategy and reporting automation. You will set priorities, translate complex business problems into actionable requirements, and ensure governance across platforms.

You will partner with Data & Analytics Platform, Product, and Technology to align on outcomes and ownership. You will influence executive stakeholders, build scalable analytics capabilities, and help the organization leverage data to improve healthcare

Qualifications

• 12+ years in BI, analytics, or business process transformation at an enterprise scope.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into buildable requirements.
• Experience shaping data strategy without owning engineering directly.
• Executive-level communication and influence with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and automation priorities, business requirements, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Partner with the Data & Analytics Platform team, Product, and Technology to ensure alignment.
• Operate as tightly coupled with distinct, non-overlapping accountability.
• Tie reporting and automation to operational decisions and outcomes.
• Deliver clear business requirements that minimize rework for the Platform team.
